There is a potential monetary recovery for purchases of Packaged Ice between 2001 and 2008 from Arctic Glacier Inc., The Home City Ice Company, and Reddy Ice Corporation. A settlement was reached and monies paid by these three companies.
A consulting firm, Refund Consultants, Inc., (RCI) is available to assist with filing claims if you bought “Packaged Ice” (packaged in bags or blocks) from these companies during the above time period, even with limited records available.
The filing deadline is November 26, 2011.
